Loanseeker, one of the most recognised brands in finance in Australia is looking for experienced mortgage loan processors to work for the newly established “Loanseeker Home Loans”.

Based at our corporate office in Melbourne CBD you will be supporting the Loanseeker’s lending managers taking the applications from fact find through to settlement (and ongoing loan monitoring).  We are looking for someone who will take ownership of the entire loan process.  The business works with all of the major lenders and non bank lenders covering all types of residential loans (owner occupier, investment, and SMSF).

The responsibilities include:

  • Deal with the clients directly, banks’ BDM’s and credit teams as well as with internal stakeholders.
  • Pre-qualify clients using lender serviceability
  • Arranging client appointments and issuing  pre-interview information packs
  • Attend loan interviews with lending managers as required
  • Prepare lender serviceability calculations
  • Coordinate the gathering of supporting evidence
  • Prepare residential loans for submission, including NCCP documents and all supporting documents
  • Track the status of loan applications from initial enquiry to settlement
  • Use the appropriate Lenders help line or contact details for matters relating to applications
  • Maintenance of loan application through the Podium software
  • Liaise with customer and third parties throughout loan application process
  • Maintain customer database and work with our real estate CRM system

You will have previous experience working within the lending space, be confident with our jargon and understand the mortgage application process.  Ideally you will have experience working with a broker network and be passionate about customer service. It is critical that you have sound communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work to strict deadlines
